Striving to realise the full potential of Sicily's territory, we have been exploring it for decades, seeking out places on the island that are connected with good living, places with real character, even if they're inland. It's often said that Sicily has all the variety of a whole continent and we believe this to be true, not just as regards nature but in its cultural riches too. Dialects and social mores vary, as do arts and crafts in different parts of the island. With this variety comes a diversity of shapes and colours, very special tastes and perfumes and an immense cultural heritage which has to be grasped with both hands in order to get to know it fully and let it grow in others.
