Eating at Regaleali
At Case Grandi the flavors from the vegetable garden are the best guides in understanding the tradition of a cuisine built on never-forgotten ancient recipes, thanks to the memory and knowledge of home cooks who continue to respect the ancient “monsù”, the historic chefs of Sicilian aristocratic families, as well as the recipes of today.
At Case Vecchie, instead, the Anna Tasca Lanza Cooking School retraces this tradition, explaining and telling the story in cooking classes.

Sleeping at Regaleali
The central courtyard at Case Grandi gathers together the rooms all around the great central magnolia tree, like a big hug. This tree has been the first welcome for our guests for generations. At the estate, you can hike among the vineyards, take bike rides, follow a cooking class, sip a glass of wine. Or you can follow the work in the fields, or simply relax, surrounded by the welcome silence of nature, observing as it changes with the passing of the hours.
