Tenuta Whitaker Olive oil

The olive trees and the Grillo vineyard, which grow on the Phoenician archeological site of the Island of Mozia, are among the most prestigious Sicilian varieties. The olives are cold pressed with a continuous cycle. A small production that tells the agricultural history of the Island.
