Tasca d'Almerita at the Baden-Baden Wine & Gourmet Festival by Falstaff
The three-day Wine & Gourmet Festival by Falstaff ended on Sunday 21st of May at the Kongresshaus in Baden-Baden. The renowned thermal town is in the Black Forest in southwest Germany.
Falstaff, the leading wine and gastronomy magazine in the German-speaking area and the municipality of Baden-Baden organized the festival. The event was conceived as a meeting of Europe’s best wineries, selected chefs, and high-quality food producers for a paying audience of more than 2000 wine enthusiasts from Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.
Tasca d’Almerita was invited and presented wines from its five estates.
Among the chefs, the guest representing Italy was Massimo Bottura of the Osteria Francescana.
For an entire weekend, in addition to tastings and show cooking, visitors were treated to an exciting mix of side events such as master classes, seminars, workshops and round tables on wine and quality gastronomy. The event took place with live music.
